Edelbrock Pro-Flo 4 EFI System
Edelbrock has released its latest and most advanced electronic fuel-injection system, the Pro-Flo 4 EFI. The system features an all-new compact and water-resistant ECU, which features a faster processor with an upgraded Bluetooth chip for more reliable connectivity with the system’s E-Tuner app. The app, which utilizes an upgraded Bluetooth wireless connection to communicate with the ECU, gives tuners the ability to monitor engine vitals in real time from inside or outside the vehicle. The app also allows tuners to adjust fuel and spark, as well as providing the ability to fine-tune air/fuel ratios, ignition curve, idle speed and many other performance parameters. All kits include a 7-inch Android tablet with the E-Tuner 4 app pre-installed. For users with an existing Android-based smartphone or tablet, the app can be downloaded for free in the Google Play store. The system is available for popular Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler and Pontiac applications.
Auto Meter Two-Channel Elite Digital Gauges
AutoMeter has introduced its new Elite Digital two-channel gauge series. Each gauge permits two independent readings within a single gauge, and each gauge features a bright LED seven-segment display and 30 radial LED indicators. Programmable Pro-Control outputs allow the gauges to activate other devices on the vehicle, based on readings of a specific parameter, to trigger lights, buzzers, pumps, fans, switches, and other components. Elite Digital gauges are available in Cobalt, Phantom, Ultra Lite and Sport Comp (pictured), and each series is available in a programmable speedometer, tachometer, fuel level and voltmeter, pyrometer, fluid level, vacuum/boost and fluid pressure, and temperature.
AEM Replacement Harness for Carbon Digital Dash Displays
AEM Performance Electronics has introduced a replacement wiring harness for Carbon Digital (CD) dash displays that is identical to the one that's included with every CD dash. Carbon Digital dashes are set up to receive data from a CAN bus network, which means they are configured to display data from a variety of devices including stock 2008-and-later ECUs equipped with AEM's plug-and-play OBDII CAN adapter harness. The replacement harness is convenient for enthusiasts who want to be able to move their CD dash displays between vehicles, e.g., between a racecar and a daily driver, or in case the existing harness becomes damaged. The harness comes with pre-pinned CAN bus and secondary BUS output, gray wire for dimming the dash using a headlight or dash-lamp circuit, and a violet wire for connecting a beacon button to crate track maps.
Holley NOS Supercharger Injector Plate Nitrous System
Holley has released new a NOS Supercharger Injector Plate Nitrous System. Compatible with both 6-71 and 8-71 Roots-style superchargers and available in your either black or silver, the systems are said to provide 175 additional horsepower, and can add up to extra 250 horsepower with the proper jetting. The NOS systems come with or without a 10-pound nitrous bottle and include everything you need in one comprehensive kit: a low-profile (1/2-inch) aluminum plate, hardline, nozzles, jets, studs, gaskets, a fuel block, and detailed, easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions. The systems inject nitrous into the engine at -127 degrees Fahrenheit, and as it mixes with incoming air, it lowers intake temperatures by as much as 75 degrees. This denser intake charge is said to boost power and torque by up to 40 percent across the entire powerband, and because the nitrous can be injected at lower rpm—before the engine reaches full boost—it can eliminate lag time and delivers instantaneous power.
Flowmaster Cat-Back Exhaust for 2019 GM Silverado 1500 6.2L
Holley announces the release of a new Flowmaster "American Thunder" dual cat-back exhaust system for the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500. The system also fits Crew Cab models with 5.5- and 6.5-foot beds and double-cabs with a 6.5-foot bed. The emissions-legal bolt-on system features a mandrel-bent 3.5-inch stainless-steel inlet tube, a 50-Series HD muffler, dual 2.5-inch mandrel-bent stainless tailpipes, and four 4-inch black ceramic-coated stainless-steel tips that exit in place of the factory bolt-on trim bezels.
