Santa's Little Red Sled

Here is another one we found in a pasture. A 1951 Cadillac 2 door hardtop. She was being auctioned off in an estate sale. No one had any idea how long it had been sitting dormant, and apparently there was no one there that knew anything about cars, because they never could get it to run. She sold for $350 dollars. We Drug her home, put a hot battery in her, gas in the carburetor, and she fired right up. So for the next six months, we worked on bringing her back to life. The engine run so good it didn't any work there, just took the ole girl down and had a set of dual exhaust put on her. Then back into our shop for some sprucing up. The interior got black roll and pleat seat, new door panels, head liner, and carpet through out the car. Next we put a nice Candy Apple paint job on her. We got finished with her just in time to take her back to the little town she was bought in and took 2nd place in their Christmas Parade. Cleaned up pretty good didn't she.  cool
